Equipment Installation & Training
Salenab's commitment to its customers does not stop at the point of sale. The company makes on-site installations for all equipment sold to the customers and ensures that systems purchased are functioning well. Additionally, the company's technical team also remains on-site and trains the users of the systems purchased at no extra cost.

Engineering Services
Salenab maintains a trouble-shooting backup support service that allows customers to phone in and correct any minor system errors. The company also honours the one-year warranty period offered by the system manufacturer. All technical problems are dealt with by the company's team of engineers that will visit the customer and ensure that the system purchased is repaired.
Should that not be possible, the system would be replaced by another to ensure the customer endures minimal downtime. Additionally, Salenab encourages customers
to enter into a servicing agreement after the expiration of the warranty period. This preventative maintenance measure proves invaluable to most customers and supports their
activities.

Salenab proactively engages its cutomers and the market place in regularly running information seminars on Disease Management. The company runs a series of seminars dedicated to various topics on disease management pooling experts both from and outside the region.

Salenab operates a distribution network of 4 main warehouses and 18 smaller retail outlets to cover the whole territory. Some of the distribution outlets are independent operators. The company also manitains an active salesforce of 12 sales reps and 3 engineers that allows Salenab to get total market coverage and ensure proper customer support.
